Francesca Giobbi has 32 years of experience in the international market, particularly in the fashion industry, where she pioneered the global promotion of the "Made in Italy" concept, working with iconic brands like Prada, Gucci, Armani, and Versace. She later expanded her focus to footwear development and distribution, reaching 64 countries and building strong relationships with visionary entrepreneurs worldwide.


Since 2014, Francesca has studied the quality of life of entrepreneurs in the globalised "PHYgital" market, which integrates physical and digital spaces. Through conversations with over 9,6 k entrepreneurs around the world, she identified the need to integrate commercial and marketing forces between suppliers and brands, creating models that connect directly with consumers and decision-makers to enhance business opportunities.


This led her to develop the "COLLABOCRATIC" commercial Marketing Strategy of Freedom e.E., a cooperative marketing formula that helps entrepreneurs diversify distribution channels and revenue streams by fostering integrated communication between suppliers and customers, optimising results in the "PHYgital" market. Her vision focuses on driving innovation, collaboration and sustainable growth in the global economy.

To develop the Freedom eE Productivity Exchange and its COLLABOCRATIC Commercial Marketing Strategy, Francesca has drawn upon the insights of entrepreneurs from multiple countries, enriching her approach with profound studies of three influential pioneers:

  • Muhammad Yunus, Nobel Peace Prize laureate in 2006, recognized for founding Grameen Bank and pioneering microcredit and micro finance to empower women.
  • Mary Kay Ash, founder of Mary Kay Inc. in Texas, renowned for revolutionising network marketing through women-centric business models.
  • Satoshi Nakamoto, the visionary behind Bitcoin, who introduced the peer-to-peer electronic cash system, transforming digital finance.


By integrating these diverse inspirations, Francesca has crafted an innovative strategy that bridges cooperative marketing, social impact and technological advancement.

To build trust in the global market, Francesca has showcased her research on quality of life in the entrepreneurial world at the prestigious House of Lords in London, fostering impactful dialogue and driving innovation.

Francesca's groundbreaking work has earned her numerous prestigious accolades, highlighting her commitment to innovation, empowerment and global collaboration. Among these are:

  • The Iguatemi Award, presented by the Iguatemi Group in São Paulo, Brazil, for her excellence and innovation in high-end footwear design. Francesca not only developed luxury shoes in her factory but also empowered women through their roles in production and sales.
  • The Martin Luther King Award, bestowed at the House of Lords in London by Civil Diplomacy Jethro, in recognition of her investment in a cooperative commercial marketing solution that unites and empowers good-hearted entrepreneurs from diverse cultures, social classes, and sectors.


  • The Mulan-BRICS Innovation Award for Women, awarded by Deloitte and Alibaba in China, for her development of a self-sustaining PHYgital market solution that supports small and medium-sized entrepreneurs, with a focus on advancing women's economies locally while fostering global connections.

This initiative addresses critical socio-economic, commercial and environmental challenges while redefining traditional power structures and paving the way for sustainable change.

Francesca and Amina believe in the power of women supporting each other to unlock the transformative strength of motherhood. This strength, they argue, can be channeled to care for families, friends, businesses, and oneself with love, compassion, authenticity, friendship, and partnership. They advocate for a culture of collaboration over competition, building a supportive community that uplifts both women and men.

In 2022, Francesca introduced the Freedom eE Productivity Exchange at the Women Economic Forum-WEF in New Delhi, in collaboration with Hera City. This groundbreaking initiative highlighted innovative approaches to productivity and empowerment, fostering global dialogue on sustainable economic development.

Francesca unveiled the Freedom eE "Collabocratic" Commercial Economy at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (SPIEF), in collaboration with BRICS nations in 2023. This innovative economic model emphasises collective collaboration, sustainability, and empowerment, redefining commercial frameworks on a global stage.
