Amina Leelo Weedo and Francesca Giobbi: Pioneering a Global Movement for Women's Leadership and Well-Being

For years, Amina Leelo Weedo has brought women from all over the world together at events aimed at empowering female development in the global marketplace. It was during a peace summit in Sopot, Belgrade, that Amina met Francesca Giobbi and the two realised they shared a transformative vision. They decided to unite the COLABOCRATIC economy of Freedom eE with a peace decree for women leaders across diverse races, ages, social classes, countries, and industries, to collectively integrate all aspects of women’s health and family well-being.

  • Building a Foundation for Generational Prosperity

Amina and Francesca firmly believe that women who are balanced and successful across six key health pillars—social, emotional, mental, physical, commercial and financial health—are the foundation of a thriving next generation. After all, strong and loving women leaders create healthier families and communities, while imbalances in these areas often lead to negative outcomes in society.

  • Bridging Cultures and Continents

Amina, a Finnish visionary with over 14 years of experience living in Bahrain, bridges women from the Middle East with those from Northern Europe, Russia and Australia. Meanwhile, Francesca, who resides in Finland and brings a rich cultural heritage as a Brazilian-Italian, extends this network by uniting women from Latin America, the BRICS nations, and Southern Europe. Together, they are building a global alliance of female leaders in the wellness and health sectors, collaboratively designing solutions that champion longevity and a holistic approach to health, wealth, and happiness.

  • A Global Network for Collective Impact

Leveraging their powerful networks across Asia, Africa, the Americas, Europe and Oceania, Amina and Francesca are spearheading initiatives to integrate Middle Eastern entrepreneurship with the rest of the world. Their efforts are rooted in shared values of family, respect, love, compassion, mutual support and balance across the six fundamental dimensions of human health.

This movement is more than a collaborationit's a call to action for women leaders to shape a future where health, harmony and empowerment are accessible to all. Together, they are laying the groundwork for a new era of longevity and quality of life.
